		By Howard Balzer Date: Aug 3, 2004 With the heat index at 101 degrees Tuesday afternoon, the hottest day of training camp, coach Mike Martz ended practice about 30 minutes early to rousing cheers from the players, then got more applause when he gave the players their first night off of camp and said Wednesday morning would be just a light practice at 9:30.
