		By Howard Balzer Ram Nation's Insider Date: Dec 15, 2003 St Louis Rams wide receiver Isaac Bruce has been diagnosed with what is considered a very mild high ankle sprain and might be available to play Sunday against Cincinnati. Bruce will not participate in practice this week until Saturday's walk-through when it will probably be determined whether he can play.
