Rams “Final” Roster Has Some Surprises

		By Barry Waller Date: Aug 31, 2003 It’s no surprise that Rams head coach Mike Martz takes special interest in the tight end position, since he was one himself as a college player. However, even allowing that love of his old position, and the athletes that play it, can’t explain exactly why the Rams now have FIVE, count em, FIVE players on the roster at a position that only sometimes sees three players on an NFL depth chart.
