(On if he is excited to be starting this week)
"Yes I am excited. We have a good game plan and a good chance to get us a win."

(On how hard it will be to replace S Corey Chavous in the starting lineup)
"I don't think that it is really indicative of the way he has been playing. I think that it is more of the situation we are in. Obviously, when you make a bad play as a safety everyone sees it. We realize that as safeties and that is something we have to live with."

(On any differences in the defense when he is in the game)
"No. Both guys can switch off and play the position if they need to so I don't think that will make that much of a difference. We both know strong and free safety and we are both comfortable playing both."

(On Seattle Seahawks QB Seneca Wallace)
"He sits back there and he is a true quarterback. He is not a scrambling quarterback but he will scramble if things break down and there is nobody open. He makes his reads and progressions and puts the ball on the money."
