Coach Linehan updates the media on the injuries and how camp is going through day 5.
UPDATED: Avery, Setterstrom Out Tuesday
Head Coach Scott Linehan told the media after practice that Avery has a small crack in his pelvic bone, which is not too serious. Linehan said that he is expected to be out anywhere from a few days to 2 weeks.
Mark Setterstrom also left practice with numbness in his lower right leg.
Original Story: Jim Thomas of the Post-Dispatch reported that Donnie Avery watched practice in shorts because of what the Rams described as a stress fracture of the hip/back area.
Rams medical officials did not know right away how long Avery will be out, and the injury is reportedly in an area that the medical staff had not seen before.
