Adeyanju Breaks Finger, Out 2 to 4 Weeks

Posted Jul 28, 2008

Rams defensive end Victor Adeyanju could miss up to a month after breaking his right middle finger Sunday.

Victor Adeyanju was sent back to St. Louis Monday to have pins inserted after breaking the middle finger on his right hand during practice Sunday.

Coach Linehan said he will be out two to four weeks, but he should be able to get some work done with a club on the hand after the wound heals.

Considered as one of the best run defenders on the team, Adeyanju is competing for a back-up defensive end spot on the roster.
