Rams Hire Saunders

The Rams make their final coaching move of the offseason.

The St. Louis Rams have reportedly signed their former assistant coach, Al Saunders to coach the struggling Rams offense.

Saunders was fired after the season by the Washington Redskins. Many believed that Saunders was interested in returning to the Midwest, after formerly coaching with the Rams and Kansas City Chiefs.

Greg Olson, who was demoted from offensive coordinator by Scott Linehan after the season, moved on to Tampa Bay to join their staff.

Terms of the deal were not immediately available.
